The terms that govern the use of the Arkan View website and services, and how we handle your personal data.

2. Our services
Arkan View designs, manufactures, and installs bespoke kitchens and décor. Design and on-site measurement are provided free of charge. Any prices, materials, and timelines shared before a signed agreement are indicative and may change after the final on-site measurement and design approval.
3. Consultations & appointments
Consultation and measurement visits are free. We ask that you provide accurate contact details and notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to other clients.
4. Quotations & pricing
A formal quotation becomes valid once issued in writing and remains valid for the validity period stated on it. Final pricing depends on the approved design, the selected materials, and the final measurements. Payment terms are set out in your individual agreement.
5. Warranty
Our kitchens are covered by a warranty of up to 20 years against fire, humidity, and cabinet hinges, depending on the kitchen. Misuse (سوء الاستخدام) is not covered. Full details are on the Warranty page and in your contract.
6. Referral & cashback
Registered customers may share their referral code. When a new customer signs up with a valid code and completes a certified order (تم تعميد), both sides receive a 5% cashback on the order value, granted once per referral. The reward is recorded in your account and is granted only on certified orders; it may be reversed if an order is later un-certified. Self-referral, abuse, or fraudulent use voids the reward.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Personal data we collect
We collect the information you give us — your name, mobile number, email, and any project details — together with the basic technical data needed to operate the site, such as cookies for sign-in and privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics.
9. How we use your data
We use your data to design and deliver your kitchen, manage appointments and orders, send service messages and quotations, operate the referral programme, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
10. Sharing & storage
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the business (for example, secure hosting and email delivery) and where required by law. Your data is stored on secured servers and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Saudi regulations.
11. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
12. Intellectual property
All designs, images, text, and the Arkan View name and logo are the property of Arkan View and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its update date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
